LOVE by Cirque du Soleil is an immersive production that showcases music produced by the Beatles, complete with an interpretive and artistic performance on-stage.
The show is the brainchild of the Cirque and the rock band’s multimedia corporation.

The award-winning production is inspired by the lyrics of some of the Beatles’ most popular songs. The cast, which includes world-class dancers, talented acrobats, and even aerialists, brings the show to life in what can only be described as an immersive experience.
The story traces the humble beginning of the rock band, the steady rise to stardom, their most popular songs, and finally, their breakup after a decade-long music career. What is fascinating about the production is that it does not use the individual stories of the four musicians, but instead, it uses imaginative characters from the Beatles’ songs.
These characters include Mr. Kite, Lady Madonna, Lucy in the Sky, and Sgt Pepper, among others. Some of the show’s scenes also include dark-haired figurines, perhaps alluding to the members of the Beatles group. You can’t help but notice the colorful costumes at the LOVE Cirque du Soleil, all of which are sophisticated and over-the-top.
In sharp contrast with other productions by Cirque that include live music performances, LOVE makes use of recorded material by the Beatles themselves. It is these recordings that have influenced the choreographed dances and theatrical effects for an amazing show.
Add to this George Martin’s remixed soundtrack, and the show is perhaps the closest that fans of the Beatles will ever get to be in the studio with the iconic band. LOVE by Cirque du Soleil is held at the Beatles LOVE Theatre at the Mirage and is restricted to ages five years and older. Catch all the action between Tuesdays and Saturdays at 7pm and 9:30pm.
