Start with the thrilling water slides to cool off. Try out the Beach Blanket Banzai, which is a spectacular family slide whose dips and drops, curves, and turns make it an exhilarating adventure. For this ride, four riders get aboard a raft, which is raised using a conveyor belt before the 600-feet heart-stopping race begins.

If this sounds like fun, then you will also enjoy the Breaker 1-9 set of slides that involve racing down the tubes at intense speeds. This slide has the option of the single tube and the double tube with a maximum weight limit of 260lbs and 440lbs, respectively.

Take your experience a notch higher when you head out to the Point Panic slide. Simply take a tube and surf your way in this incredibly dark slide. What sets it apart from the rest of the slides is that it has unique lighting along the way, so you can be sure you will screaming all the way down.

Ride the world’s largest man-made wave at Wild surf. The rafts, each of which carries four people, drops from a height of 60 feet right into the giant wave before getting the riders to slide sideways and into the pool beneath.

Other slides for thrill-seekers include the Zuma ZOOma that features a launch capsule and trap door, Surfin’ USA, as well as the Rock-A-Hoola. Note that footwear must be removed when riding all the slides.

In addition to the slides, this delightful water park also features the Boardwalk Bay (which is heated during Spring and Fall), the exclusive Caban-A-Rama Pool, as well as the Cowabunga River, which is perfect for cruising the afternoon away.

Cowabunga Bay Water Park is a must-visit when in Las Vegas!
