Whether you’d love to go hiking or prefer the thrill of mountain biking, there is plenty of reasons to explore this park. Despite the park’s name, it is actually a great place to enjoy horse-riding.

The Verde River flows through the park, allowing for dozens of water activities for visitors to enjoy. Some of the popular activities here include kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and fishing.
