Roman Catholic Shrine of the Most Holy Redeemer, Mass Times, Las Vegas

The 2,200-seater Church was dedicated on February 2nd, 1993, during the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord, which is a significant date for Catholics across the world. It is interesting to note that the church’s location helps visitors carry out their religious practices.

Of the 50 million visitors who tour Las Vegas annually, about 10% of that number practices the Catholic faith, therefore making the Catholic Shrine an important part of the city. Ahead of your visit, take note that the shrine is not a parish and is therefore not allowed to celebrate the sacraments of holy matrimony or baptism.

The Mass Schedule is as follows: From Monday to Saturday, there is a daily mass at 12:10pm and the Sunday Vigil on Saturday at 4pm and 5:30pm. Sunday Mass is at the following times: 8am, 9:30am, 11am, 12:30pm and 4:30pm all in English, and additional mass in Spanish at 6:30pm. Other services worth noting include the Sacrament of Reconciliation, the Stations of the Cross, as well as Novena.

Are you interested in a buying gift or religious treasure for you and your loved ones? Visit the gift shop on-site and make a purchase. Note that the gift shop is open for 30 minutes after all masses, and remains closed during mass.

Take a walk around the beautiful church and admire the numerous statues and candles that dot the church’s surroundings. For anyone who would like to donate their time and money as a way of giving back, visit the Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada for more details.

Parking is free, and the church is conveniently located close to the city’s top attractions. So, whether you are looking for an oasis of peace amongst the neon lights and pulsating sounds, then the Roman Catholic Shrine of the Most Holy Redeemer is the place to be.
